Leura Sublime Sunrise - Views, Firepit & Familes

Being a home away from home, saved us from the weather. Positive: We were there for the Easter long weekend, unfortunately the weather didn't agree with our stay, but the house being relatively spacious was a boon. It afforded us to hang out, playing board games and a mini-tournament with the Fuzzball helped make our stay relaxing and engaged. When we had a break in the rain we made the short walk down to Sublime Point and got to appreciate the view from the back bedroom, yard and kitchen. Each bedroom had a double bed as well as air conditioners and electric blankets. The living areas were of a good size, you certainly didn't fell cramped all in all it was a well kept house. Negative: Like to give a few suggestions, the laundry down stairs had a damp smell about it. We didn't use it but for folks who might be staying a little longer could cause an issue. Airing it out more often along with some damp-rid products or other type of action will not go astray. The kitchen was quite serviceable, though the doors & drawers to need some care given to them.

We enjoyed our stay Positive: Location was great. Quiet area with Sublime Point a short walk away. Nice area and seats at back of property to sit outside (see picture). Property has at some stage has been well renovated on the inside and was very tidy and clean and, a big plus for a hot or cold day, had air conditioners in every bedroom as well as main living area. Bedrooms were basic but functional and comfortable. It was nice to have a soak in the very large bath after the Grand Canyon walk. Negative: For longer stays a clothes dryer would be nice if doing any washing or trying to dry damp clothes if been walking in wet weather.

Fantastic house in an amazing area Positive: The location was perfect , close to many walks & the view from the garden stunning . Negative: Nothing to honest, it was well equipped , easy access & just what we wanted.

Positive: Nice house, great location Negative: The front door was rattling so much during winding Sunday night. Felt like it was going to open it self. Only thing that bothered me.
